It is time to get into the game of life, Jesus came to set us free, let’s not use this freedom to serve ourselves.

What gifts and talents did God give you?  What are you passionate about?  God asks us all to start the life of serving by using what you have.  He will take it from there.  At JVC we are always looking for a servant heart (those wishing to serve others).  We believe that your first step to a vibrant life, with God, is found in volunteering to build what Jesus died for… the church.

Hope Homeless Ministry

“For I was hungry and you gave me food. I was thirsty and you gave me drink. I was a stranger and you took me in. I was naked and you clothed me…….” Matthew 25:35,36

Hope is a ministry that reaches out to the homeless in Belfast city centre.

The team meet every Thursday night and seek out those who are alone and living on the streets with no-one to care for them.

We provide food and clothing for those we meet, but primarily we demonstrate, care, friendship and giving a service using our resources.

Synergy Ministry

“We welcome people from all walks of life and work with individuals with physical disabilities and mental health backgrounds integrating them into groups with others without distinction.”

Synergy@JVC has been in existence since October 2004 as a practical community outreach work of Jordan Victory Church in Northern Ireland.

The work it performs aims to counter social isolation in all its forms. The regular programme of activities includes drugs and health education and information, an active over 50’s club, men’s activities, an arts group, and various levels of computer tuition.

We also facilitate essential skills classes in Math and English with the goal of a credited qualification in your chosen (available) subject.

Additionally, short courses are provided with all year round covering many different areas of educational, recreational and social topics. Some of these courses are generated in-house, others are run in collaboration with other organisations.

Kids Church

We love Kids!

We love kids at JVC! That’s why we offer appropriate classrooms and activities for all age groups.

Our mission is to equip kids to live successful Christian lives. Every week, kids learn about God with lessons that have been specifically tailored for their age. We believe that kids learn best by doing rather than just observing, so you will find active hands on methods of teaching in all our age appropriate classrooms.
